Yes, we offer complimentary: Tea, Coffee, Filtered Water and Soft Drinks. For all real coffee lovers that prefer a latte, cappuccino, espresso or even a hot chocolate we have a coffee machine, this has a charge of £2 per drink. The machine is cash only but change is available at reception. Lunch is not provided however, our venue has several amenities close by. Our other venue where we carry out Plant-Machinery Training has limited refreshments, Bottled Water, Tea & Coffee will be supplied.

Payment can be made via our online booking system on our website, we also take BACS payment, issue payment links or we are able to take payment at our office in Norwich. Please note full payment is required in advance to secure your place on any of our courses unless a payment agreement is in place.

We will provide any handouts required for your selected course, you may however find it helpful to bring a note pad or tablet/iPad to make any additional notes. You will be issued Joining Instructions once your booking has been processed which contains details of the course and any additional materials you may be required to bring.

We have multiple parking spaces immediately outside our training centre HQ, off road parking is also available within the business park. Our other venue where we carry out Plant-Machinery Training has ample parking for all.
